POST RECITAL & COMING CONCERT

After the recital, I can finally have a few day off and relax a bit. Walking on streets around Trinity, enjoying the sunshine. At the same time I am going to start learning a new piece "Man-mou" composed by Nigel Wood for soprano saxophone and piano. This will be performed in 26 August 2019 in Hong Kong City Town Hall! :D

24/5/2019 MY FINAL RECITAL

Today is my final recital at Trinity Laban. I performed five pieces: The Cries of the Stentor, Tomasi Concerto, Fujiko, Caprice80 and Tableaux De Provence. I was excited! So happy to share the music that I have been preparing for months to my lovely classmates and audience. Thank you for all your support. :D

MY QUARTET FOR THE YEAR

Today we finally took a picture together after the ensemble gig. I still remember the struggling time of we doing the Ida Gotkovsky Quartet piece. I learnt a lot from it!

NEW LIGATURE

My classmate Wayne recommended this Vandoren LC57AP alto saxophone Aged Gold M/O Ligature to me. It is only 44 pounds but the sound is nice and warm. I am going to try it for some time! So happy to have this new and pretty ligature! :D
